Finally got fibre working today since friday's no use installation which left us broadband less... when engineers came out today the sync speed at telephone point was about 76mbps downstream and 19mbps upstream but when do a speedtest online it says were only getting 18mbps downstream upstream is fine about 15mbps below is the test results from BT wholesale speedtest website
The setup for connection is a BT openreach modem and a BT hub 4 router is there anything that needs changing on the hub 4 to get fibre speeds not ADSL speeds.

I suspect you need a profile nudge, if you call them they should be able to do that or wait until tomorrow and this will hopefully be picked up by the forum staff.

Plusnet mirror the BT IP profile to assist in their traffic management (so that time sensitive usage on your connection gets priority over things such as downloads)
When this doesn't match as in your case it artificially limits your connection speed
This gives a bit more information http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/speed_guide/traffic_management.shtml
