New Part fibre new connection drops out

Hi.

I have recently upgraded to part fibre from old copper system. I am getting better speeds (57) but find that when streaming tv channels and radio, the system drops out every 5 mins or so. Was much more reliable before even though slower. I have the same hub2 router as before. I have done all the usual resets etc. could there be a connection issue on the changeover? Thanks
