New Order - Stuck at Line Testing

How long does this step normally take, my order seems to have been sat at this step for nearly 3 days now.
I see there is also a ticket that was automatically raised immediately after I placed the order

This question has been raised because a Line Only sign up was attempted, but failed because the telephone number ########### is already in use on another Line Only account

Could that be because the line is coming from Madasafish?

Doesn't seem to have progressed any further
The order tracker still says  "Checking your line"

Well the status on the website hasn't changed.
But something seems to be happening as I have now received text and email messages giving me completion dates (although they differ by a day so we'll see!!)

So router arrived at the weekend which is a good sign, but ....
The online order checker still says "Checking your line"
Doesn't exactly inspire me with confidence that the order will complete on 18th or 19th (text and email notifications gave me different expected completion dates!!)

The order checker should look correct now, I've made sure it's in the right status to activate your account when we receive notification of the order completing.

Do you know which of the two dates I was given is likely to be the correct one?
I got the 18th via a text message and the 19th via an email !

Looks like my existing broadband has stopped working, so I'm hoping I've been switched over!!
Can I just plug the new router in or does something else need to be one by plusnet before I do that.
