My current phone line is connected to the cabinet 12 in Stoke and if I perform a check on this website https://www.btwholesale.com/includes/adsl/main.html I can see that the apartments in the building next to mine can get FTTC and they are connected to the cabinet 84. Do you think that requesting a new phone line installation I can get connected to the other cabinet? Thanks
Hi Asti, It's very unlikely that you'll be connected to a different cabinet. We don't have the option of selecting the cabinet you're connected to either. BT probably have a roster of where the cut off points are for installations to be connected.
