Not happy at all with my Plusnet broadband. Installed today and I have a wired connection to my TV. When I try to watch You Tube, it keeps clutching and freezing every five minutes. Do you get a cancellation period where you are not penalised?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems streaming. I've taken a look at your line and you're connected to the Fibre Cabinet at full 80/20 speeds ad your line is completely error free. Your speed profiles are all set correctly.

I can see a few disconnections, are these you trying to improve things by restarting the modem and/or router? Do you see the same issues on other devices?

I don't seem to see it on here - For my case I am not sure if it's something on my machine. I do use PNP that you supply via Mcafee. I beta tested it for Rich back in the day and have used it since and never had a problem until today. SO I don't think it's that either.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Line stats are fine and IP profiles are all good.
I fear it seems like PlusNet's core network may be suffering.
