Hi all
I had Plusnet Unlimited Fibre (not sure if its 40/10 or 80/20) installed on the 27th feb, i know it has only just been over 24hrs since install but there has not been any increase from my previous adsl speeds other than the upload speed has incresed dramatically, currently i have 5mb down and 6mb up.
i have raised a ticket for this but hoping to get some advice while i wait for response as forums seems quicker
i am getting slightly confused as to why this is the case especially with the following info
This is what account says-

thanks for the welcome and speedy response, i will keep an eye on it and let you know how it goes
also im assuming im on a 40/10 line, do you know if im capable of 80/20?
ive noticed the speed variations in my area are all over the place

You are on 40/10 as your line isn't capable of going any faster, your speeds should stay at a consistent speed.
