New FTTC installation - slow download speeds but fast upload speed?

I have had my FTTC installation, and I have found my download speed to be nowhere near what Plusnet have estimated it to be (69Mbp/s). I am barely scraping 5Mbp/s. In fact, it is actually slower than when I was on the previous ADSL connection. Upload speeds are around 18Mbp/s, which is pretty much what is expected.
Can anyone offer any advice? I have restarted the router several times but this has made no difference at all.

Hi kennyn1980,
Would you restart your router and see if that picks the speeds up for you? I've just had to manually adjust your Speed Profile - apologies for that.
