New FTTC install - slow download speed

Hello,
I got FTTC installed yesterday (after month of fun getting BT to actually turn up)
I've done the BT speedtest yesterday and today and I'm only getting 7MB down, which is what I would be getting on ADSL. My computer has a wired connection to the router.
Results:
Download speedachieved during the test was - 6.81 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 16 Mbps-77.44 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 77.44 Mbps
My ticket for this install is 71737226.
Do I have to wait for it to improve or has something been set up incorrectly?

Your PlusNet profile ( Current Line Speed  ) here https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed ; ( login required ) hasn't caught up with the change to Fibre yet.
You have 3 options:-
1) Wait for the automatic systems to correct it.
2) Call the CSC and tell them your PlsuNet profile hasn't updated after the change to Fibre
3) Wait for one of the DCT to spot this thread and make the change.
