New FTTC connection yesterday - wrong IP profile?

Hi,
I got FTTC installed yesterday and would just like to check everything is setup correctly.  Doing a speed test here:  http://www.speedtest.btwh...ceTesterWS/diagnostics I get:

Download speedachieved during the test was - 35.7 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 60 Mbps-45.7 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 45.7 Mbps
Upload speed achieved during the test was - 16.3Mbps
Additional Information:
Upstream Rate IP profile on your line is - 20 Mbps

I should be on the 76Mb unlimited fibre service.  Looking at the connection details on Plusnet website I see I am Sync'ed at 37Mb.  Am I on the Essentials service?  DSL checker says I should be getting 79.9MB download rate and 19.9Mb up.
Thanks

Hi chaoticatom,
I have changed your connection profile on your account so you should start to see an increase in speeds shortly.

Also make sure you do any speed tests via a wired connection as the wireless can result in very variable / low results.
