New FTTC Activation

I had my new FTTC broadband installed yesterday morning, but I have received no notification that my broadband has been activated and I am getting Authentication Failure from the router when I try and connect. It should be ready to use by now shouldn't it.

Hi cbb,
I'm really sorry for the delay with this. We hadn't received a notification from our suppliers to say that the order had completed successfully. I've checked this manually for you and I've activated your account too.
You should now be able to connect Smiley

Thank you for your quick response, I guessed it was something like that. Anyway it all seems to be working well now, very impressive speeds so far. I assume my phone changeover will now follow in due course will it.

Excellent. That's right, we've already placed the order for the telephone transfer, this can take up to 14 days to complete.
You'll get updates and notifications via e-mail and will be available via the Member Centre Smiley
