New FTTC Activation

I had my new FTTC broadband installed yesterday morning, but I have received no notification that my broadband has been activated and I am getting Authentication Failure from the router when I try and connect. It should be ready to use by now shouldn't it.

I'm really sorry for the delay with this. We hadn't received a notification from our suppliers to say that the order had completed successfully. I've checked this manually for you and I've activated your account too.

Thank you for your quick response, I guessed it was something like that. Anyway it all seems to be working well now, very impressive speeds so far. I assume my phone changeover will now follow in due course will it.
