Re: New Customer

The Dig Care team, don't work on a w/e. If you post the results of a new BT speedtest (Diagnostic) and also check Plusnet Current Line Speed https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed we can Identify where the problem is.

Re: New Customer

And the full detail of the BT speedtest Diagnostic? - we need to see your sync speed and IP profile for the line.
eg. similar to -

Download  Speed
5.79 Mbps

0 Mbps 7.15 Mbps
Max Achievable Speed
Download speedachieved during the test was - 5.79 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 1.2 Mbps-7.15 Mbps.

Re: New Customer

@ apexcctv
According to a line test no line rate or fault threshold rate have been applied yet which doesn't look right to me. With that in mind I've submitted a line reset which should retrain the line up to 2mb within a couple of hours, following that it should increase towards your sync speed over the following 72 or so hours.
Do let me know if not.

Re: New Customer

Sorry to hear that, line tests are still showing me the same issue where no line rate has been calculated. An SNR reset would normally resolve this, so I've submitted another. These usually take 24 hours but effects can usually be seen after 2.
So please give it a couple of hours and run a speed test http://speedtester.bt.com/
If there's no improvement we'd need you to raise a fault to allow us to look into it further: http://faults.plus.net/
