New Customer - Upload Speed Cap?

Hi guys,
Am a new customer, line was activated yesterday.
I'm on the pro package, as I'm a keen gamer, so ping and upload are very important to me.
I have some questions, as I don't seem to be getting a response on one of my tickets.
- Why is the upload capped, and can I get it uncapped as it's too low?
The reason for this is because I host games (large lobbies sometimes), and require for upload files for work quickly.  Currently the cap is at 440, though I know my line supports > 800.
- If I was to downgrade to the extra package in the future (pro is very limited for bandwidth), can I still have interleaving turned off (it was pointed out as no, which doesn't make sense to me, so had to get the pro package which I'm not happy about)?

what line are you on? ADSL or ADSL2

you should get 800 upload synch no problem,
BT have a ten day training period, where you should leave your router on 24/7
I dont think PN can alter the cap until the end of that period
