Hi Plusnet,
I have just hooked up my new router but the red internet light stays red. It briefly turned green but changed back.
I have factory reset twice using the reset button and through the router's web interface. I have also switched off and back on again after waiting 20mins. Please assist. I am on hold waiting to speak to an advisor but there is a 30 min wait currently so trying the forum.

Resolved over the phone. Broadband hadnt been activated.
