Yep - did that, I've made it worse! Speed now coming back as 0.02

Hi Chris,
just tried the BT Wholesale Broadband Speed Check again, it states DSl Connection rate= 7.42 mbps (that would be very nice) ISP profile = 0.14 mbps

Hi Chris, Yes this was a wired connection (ethernet direct to router). No other devices connected either wired or wireless as per the BT test instructions.

Hello Chris, speed has improved a bit this pm - now 2.47 Mbps download speed. So thanks for what you have done to achieve that. Will it get better than that, or is that what I should expect now?  I,m sure I used to get around 5 Mbps

There's nothing else that has been tweaked yet, it would be good if you could post the information that Townman requested.

I suspect that due to all of the errors you've had your line might have been "banded" or the SNRM is stuck somewhere unhelpful, in which case the service will need a poke with a sharp stick!
