New Customer - Just got router

Hey guys,
Finally got a message from Plusnet saying our broadband was ready. So we plugged in our TG582n router and everything went on green fine. But as soon as we try to connect a Mac or iPhone to the wireless the Internet and wifi lights just start flashing and nothing will connect.
Any help or advice with the issue?

It seems your router had got stuck in its automated setup.
Can you try to reset it using the pinhole on the back?
You'll need to hold something like a paper clip or drawing pin in until all the lights expect the power light go out.
