New Customer Heeeeeeelllllpppp

Hi my broadband is suppose to be active by midnight on 19/01/2013 but my internet with my old provider WALKWALK has been cut off, but when I go into my own personal netgear router it is showing Download & upload speeds when normally It would say just 0 if there was no internet. The ADSL light is on also.
Is my broadband ready to use & just needs my user name and password (which I am yet to find out)?
Thank you in advance Smiley

Re: New Customer Heeeeeeelllllpppp

I suggest phoning in and advise that you seem to have been connected early and can they activate
If you are using your old router certainly put in the username etc.
You setup the password when you ordered the account - it is the one you use to login to the Member Centre (not here)

Respectable, eh? Tongue
As Oldjim says, call in and ask for your account to be activated.  Your username will (most likely) be along the lines of:  youraccountname@plusdsl.net, with your portal password you selected during signup.
