New Customer - Frequent Disconnections

Hi,
I've been with Plusnet for just under a week after leaving O2, took Unlimited Broadband & Calls, everything went smoothly from initial order to first setup. 
However, I've noticed frequent disconnections, particularly when downloading from Newsgroups.  Today alone my connection has reset 10 times.  Can someone from the PN team look at things from your end and advise.

I've taken a look at your line, I think your connection is dropping due to your SNR Target being set too low, would you mind me getting that moved up now for you? You willlose connection for about 1-2 minutes, that's all.
Here's what your connection is looking like at the moment:

Your line is still in it's 10 day training period, I can place an order for Interleaving to be put on your line instead, this may steady things out for you.
When your line is in the 10 day stabilisation period, we can't make any changes to your SNR settings I'm afraid.

So let's try Interleaving then, hopefully that will sort things out.

Hi,
We've got a order in progress to uncap your upload speeds, once this is completed(early next week) we'll get another order to apply interleaving.
