New Customer. Authentication failed.

Hi, I hope someone can help. I've tries to phone customer support but the queue times at 45 mins.
I have very recently joined plus net, my broadband light is green and connected but when i try to connect to the internet
it comes up with 'Authentication Failed'.
I am new to this so am unsure of what to do.

Sadly you'll have to wait in queue for customer support to activate account. Did you migrate from another provider?
