New Contract And Speed Immediately Drops

Having had problem free connection using Plusnet for must be two years I changed the contract to include line rental. Speed immediately drops to completely unusable connection and I need to download software which is currently not possible. It's hardly even possible to test the connection speed properly. Worse than dial up.

Speed seems to be OK now. Maybe just coincidence that I've changed contract but I didn't want to leave Plusnet due to good service. No speed drops like this for a several years.

Hi, sorry to hear that but very glad the speed has picked up. You've been connected for over 11 days solid now so I suspect either a busy gateway or similar rather than any sort of fault but please do let us know if it happens again and we'll see what we can do.
