New Connection d/l 19.mb at router - upload 0.43mb a router

New connection previously with BE on LLU service  - if anything d/l speed is quicker  but it's the upload speed that i'm enquiring about  with BE i was getting 1.2-1.3mb upload  but as per subject considerably less with my Plusnet line.
Connection has not been up for 3 days  yet admittedly - but upload speed is showing rock steady 433 while d/l is 19400 - is this correct  or should i be expect a better upload speed ?
using supplied modem  - but similar speeds with previous netgear

Welcome to Plusnet and the Community Boards,
By default the upload speed is capped at 448 - You are able to request for this to be uncapped, however there is always the risk of the line becoming unstable (we have to make you aware of this).
If you want me to place this order, just reply here and I'll sort it out for you

Please remove the upload cap  - if it causes problems  - then i guess we can always re-instate it
Documentation didnt mention a cap being in plce  - hence my question

The upload speed will be "up to 1Mbps" I believe.
