New ADSL and phone line not working.

Hello
Today is my for my swap over from bt to plusnet.
The swap happened at 7:45 this morning. Phone line is working good but I can't connect to ADSL.
Put my new username and password in router but no connection. Anyone any ideas what could be wrong?

The phone order is showing as complete, however at the moment we haven't received notification of the broadband completion. It's due to complete today so I've activated your account to allow you to connect asap.

Wonder if they forgot my ADSL as I can't get on BT either.
Usually it's just a swap while doing phone line.

I still can't get on ADSL. It's all active but authentication won't let me connect.

Unfortunately as the order hasn't closed yet (they can complete any time) we can't even test the line at the moment. We need to wait and let the order complete at the moment.

It's on now.
Out of interest why does it take BT so long to complete the order? whenever i have moved ISP in the past it has been instant.

Someone forgot to complete the paperwork in a timely fashion.  Sad

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
