I suggest you run the faults bot - you have a bit of 'headroom' as your line attenuation (distance from the green cab) is short, but you shouldn't be having so many DSL drops.

There are a couple of observations here...
- When was this contract last renewed? This is clearly a 40/10 provision and for a good while, services are supposed to be on a fast as you can go profile ... which is much fast than the 40/10 reported
- Given that you have so much SNRM head room, frequent disconnections would seem to point conclusively to an issue with the d-side circuit
If you have had a lot of such issues, then a d-side lift and shift might be appropriate. I thing this needs staff escalation.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Looking at the Technical Log, @dom_trig , you should be good for an 80/20 connection. Do you still have a land-line phone connected?
That 'advisor' is useless, and needs sacking.

OK - thought that might be the case if you renewed this August, but it was just an idea.
Trying them again will be a waste of time - you'll just get the same stupid question.

Check the Openreach service projection for your location. Those stats clearly show better is possible … but with the state maybe not stable.
This needs second line support.
