I.ve used this configurable homepage for sometime now. I can access the site but when i sign in for my personal homepage it is stuck on loading. I've checked cookie settings ,cleared my cache, used a variety of browsers on different hardware (including a phone, laptop and desktop) but the page is stuck on loading, I've restarted the router still no joy. The weird thing is I can access the page when i use my work laptop on this connection via VPN.
Suggests it might be an issue with Plusnet?
Any ideas?

Well the first time I tried www.netvibes.com it didn't even load. It pinged Ok and a tracert worked although hop 12 timed out.
The 2nd time tried, although the page was visible, it took forever to finish loading.
There appeared to be two places where it seemed stuck, waiting for cdn.netvibes.com and also stats.g.doubleclick.net

Thanks - yes looks like an upgrade yesterday morning took 24 hours to correct.
