I have been having problems with Netflix on my Android devices. It wont connect to their service and throws a 12001 error. Netflix is working fine on other networks and my PS3 connects without any issues. This has only been happening since the last update to the Netflix app. I have been in touch with Netflix and they say it is down to the ISP.
Can anybody help and has anyone else had the problem

Have you tried this:
Quote Clear the Netflix application data
Navigate to Settings.
Under Device, choose Application manager.
Select Netflix.
Choose Clear data, then OK.
Re-enter the Netflix application and try playing again.
How much free memory do you have? I read somewhere that less than 500Mb can cause this error code.
