I would call customer service but it keeps hanging up for some reason before i can even get a call with someone. My internet isn't lasting for more than a few minutes at a time and I'm seriously starting to get pretty angry now. It feels like I'm having to call Plusnet every few days to get my line boosted... If I'm paying for a service I expect it to work without having to call for it
I'm really frustrated at the whole situation and i've already reset router, unplugged, started it again and made sure it's plugged into the main socket in the wall..
I forgot to add that when the net goes down it says the DNS server isn't responding
