Need my profile adjusted.

My plusnet profile seems to be set too low, can someone please adj it,
Recently my connection has gone from a solid 9mb down to 7.5, my snr rocketed and now streaming video is frustrating and not possible,
Can someone please make some adjustments to my line?

Hi David,
If your SNRM has "rocketed" then there is likely to be an issue on your line.  Can you please gather the information requested in the speed issues thread at the top of this forum.
Is there noise on the phone line?  Dial 17070 option 2 using a corded phone in the master socket.  If there is noise, please report a voice line noise fault to your phone provider before progressing further as a broadband issue.

I can see your connection is stable at the moment from what I can see so I'm happy to put through an SNR reset.
These usually complete within an hour or two but can take up to 24.
