Need a reset

Dear PlusNet,
Tickets logged, though PlusNet and OpenReach fixed line disconnection of 2nd of asking.... and further phone calls to escalate it.
Now my speeds are dropping like a stone.
Where I was averaging 63 meg before the disconnection, now I am averaging 23meg(down from yesterday 25 meg)
I need a reset- (I did mention this to the BT engineer but she replied "I'm only here to fix your line and nothing else")

No changes or fluctuations.....just  poor speeds....and no reply from PLusnet regarding it

The guys from plusnet dont man the forums over the weekend buddy , i'd bump this thread up tomorrow 9am ish if i were you.

Hi, sorry to see this is still an issue.
As the line fault has been fixed we need to investigate this as a broadband issue. I'm going to ask our faults team to respond to ticket 81904163 ASAP.
