Need a plusnet profile kick?

Hi there, how long do the plusnet profiles take to align with BT roughly?, I have been holding a 11meg sync for some days now but still seem to be on an 8meg plusnet profile.

Seems to have flicked up to the next profile soon after I posted, thanks if someone flicked a switch

Hi t0mt0m,
Yes, it was just the normal process that upped it. If you sync above 11360Kbps you'll step up again.
