*NEW Customer Problem* - No ATM activity detected on your DSL line :(

I received by broadband router a few days ago and have set it up as instructed, however, i am getting a RED internet light on my router at the moment. When i try connecting via the router portal i get the following message:
ATM - No ATM activity detected on your DSL line.
PPP - Authentication failed
A few days ago i noticed the ATM tested 'Green' but still had the PPP failed error.
Could you kindly investigate into this problem as i'm rather concerned as to wether a BT Openreach engineer has physically installed this at the exchange.

Did you recieve a text/email saying it is ready to be set up?
(I know it's a bit obvious but I gotta ask)

Also, i've just carried out the BT Login Test using "bt_test_user@startup_domain" as my UN and a blank PW. My results were as follow:

Test Results

DSL - GREEN

ATM - GREEN

PPP - GREEN

IP - GREEN

Internet - RED   Connectivity to Gateway (81.146.165.3)
