NEO U1

Have been given a NEO U1 Android Box for Christmas and have tried connecting it, via a Samsung Series 8 TV. However, when trying to connect to Plusnet WiFi it keeps saying that the password is not recognised, even though other devices including phone, Ipad, Samsung tablet are are quite happily connected. Anybody got any ideas as to the solution as I am already pulling out my very sparse hair?

Usually it is just you have entered it in the WronG cAse. If you aren't using a real keyboard then the android one can be confusing, try unticking hide password and double check it.
