My speed check shows 35 download and only 2 upload

A week or two ago I was getting about 7 upload. Yesterday, a line fault (which was causing multiple drop outs) was apparently fixed outside my house. Since then the broadband seems to be working OK, the down speed is similar to before, but the up speed is very low. Will this sort itself out in time?

My router is a Plusnet 1. Also I had a short dropout this morning; possibly resulting from my line repair being cjecked at the exchange.

Can you please post your router stats page.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

For the Hub One the >Troubleshooting >Help Desk screen is being requested.

You should be able to copy paste the text and add to a post, make sure you obscure your Broadband username.

Today my down speed is about 30 and my up speed back to about 7. I know that Plusnet found some faults out in the street near my house, and rectified them, and Openreach have corrected some corroded joints in the nearest cabinet - they also told me that the exchange would be checking our line and would do what might be necessary. At the moment things are looking fairly OK and I'm hoping that they might even improve in the days to come. Thanks all for your advice.
