I use to get a sync speed of 80/20 a few years back but both my download and upload speed have decreased over this time. I can kind of cope with the decreased download speed, but the upload speed is a pain (now about 7-8mbps). Please have a look at the stats below and let me know what you think:

@richard999 The original screenshots were much easier to read, but it appears the automatic spam filter messed them up.
From what I can see above, there doesn't appear to be anything untoward, but the DSL uptime seems to be missing?
If you are getting/have been getting drops there, then that could explain your reduced speeds, although the SNR values posted don't seem to suggest that has been happening.

Sorry, i realised the web interface for my modem (HG612) seemed to be reporting an the line attenuation as the same figure as the output power so I provided the telnet values instead. The modem was recently reset to unlock the router so I could provide these values, but I'm not aware of any drops.
I did have a line issue a few years back where the speed was dropping and eventually I lost broadband completely. It turned out the wire to the master socket snapped off but after being repaired things were never back to how they were. I remember many year ago it was possible to reset the DSLAM but on talking to plus.net a year ago it seems this wasn't possible anymore.
I've also provided the broadband availability checker results below:
Going by the stats then does there seem to be a reason why my speeds have dropped, and is there anything i can get plus.net to do to resolve. Talking to them on the phone last time didn't get anywhere - all they said was that my master socket looked old. I think it's a MK3 VDSL faceplate.

Which Router are you using with the HG612?
From the BTW checker you have provided, your speed is below the Handback threshold, so you have a valid reason to ask Plusnet to investigate.

It's an ASUS RT-AX82U. I reported the fault via txt and it seems to have found a fault on the line. I've apparently got a Qube engineer coming out tomorrow. No details on what the fault is though, so may not even be related.
Thanks for the help. I'll post an update tomorrow.

@richard999 A Qube engineer won't be able to fix a line fault - that is OpenReachs job.

So what does a Qube engineer do?

From what I understand, all they do is help you to optimise your own internal setup - they are not allowed to touch OR equipment.

If that's true I'll be leaving plus.net. They text me to say there is a fault on the line, so if they're not sending someone to fix that, this is just a waste of my time. I've got Virgin FTTP being installed in my street at the moment, so this was basically the last chance to resolve before switching.

It is true, believe me, and why they are sending Qube for an OpenReach fault is beyond me.

I spoke to Plus.net about this and they've now cancelled the Qube engineer and have sent out an OpenReach one instead. Thanks for the help.

Makes sense - I'm at a total loss as to why they thought Qube could do anything about an Openreach issue!

So the Openreach guy has a look at the line today. He said he couldn't find an issue with the line up to outside the house, but as I have covid he didn't want to come into the house. He seemed to make it out that he didn't do anything, but my upload sync speed has improved. Apparently another engineer will be coming out when I'm better.
He said Plus.net report a bridge tap issue on my line, which from the way he explains it means something relating to an extension socket issue. My line comes into the house and then has a jelly crimp extending the line to the living room, where the master socket is with a VDSL faceplate and a VDSL extension.
