My line keep dropping...

I know I'm on a silly long line, but it's normally reasonably stable at just under 2Mb/s.
However, it's been dropping out quite a lot recently. Before I raise a fault, would there be any reason for this? Would Plusnet be able to see the reason for it dropping?

Also, there's been a new green cab put up pretty close to me (it first appeared at the beginning of the year) - what's the best way to find out the progress with it?

Re: My line keep dropping...

Hi there,

Checks and diagnostics aren't picking up on any obvious causes for the drops.

There's definitely an issue so I'd try following the checks here next https://goo.gl/tu2WWu

If those don't help it would then be a good idea to report a fault over at http://faults.plus.net

Let us know how you get on so we can follow things up with you.

If you put your telephone number into the DSL Checker you should be able to see if fibre is available, you may need to check every now and then.
