My broadband is due to be activated in two days, but my router hasn't been dispatched yet

Hi there,
I'm moving into a new property tomorrow and got a Plusnet subscription set up a week or so ago, with the activation date set for 29th November.
It's now the 27th, and your website says my router "will be dispatched shortly."
I hope that it can still arrive in time for the activation, as having WiFi is essential for my work. Did anyone else experience a similar situation?

Hi Tom, welcome to the forums. Yes, this happens often as Plusnet likes to cut things fine. Suggest you give them a ring as advisers do not constantly monitor this forum. Just in case, what address did you quote them, could the router have gone to your new house perhaps?

Yeah, I gave my new address, but I would expect the website to tell me it has been delivered if that were the case... maybe it's just slow to update.
