My broadband is down

Hello,
I’m wondering if someone can help me. My internet connection is down from 2 days already. I tried to contact plusnet but no one came back to me. My broadband is on orange light with a red flashing led. I’ve done all the tests as was required, I even swap the plusnet broadband with an old one, no internet access. So it’s not the fault of the plusnet broadband neither the connection. My phone got dialling tone and I can even call from it. If someone can help me, please?
