My Speed Correct?

Done a couple of speed checks including BT Wholesale and for my contract download speed seems correct at around 7mbps but upload comes in around 0.34mbps which seems low or does this looking right to you,
I can of course give more details if you think its a bit low for a 8mbps contract on the upload side that is

That speed is about right. Depending on which service BTw provide at your exchange you might be able to get a bit more US for free. If it is their old technology platform, more speed can be had for an additional monthly fee.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

That available service report indicates that you are on the older CN20 service. Your upload speed is therefore in the right ball park, without the paid for faster US options.
