Despite. 5mb + connection speed my Snr of 6.3 is too low...I am getting a download of less the 1/ 2 mb..... How do I get Plusnet to fix this... On line chat just don't see to help.. And I can't rise a ticket
have has Snr blips,in the past with other providers and they have just sorted it no problems ! Help
