My Internet Keeps Dropping out...

My internet went off for like 15 minutes erlier and ever since im experiencing random dropouts disconnecting from alot of online games etc check my line please.

My connection went down at 5:20am -back up @ 5:47am

I suspect this may be related to load balancing after the outage last night. Event Log entries:

I didn't notice any problems last night but my connection is certainly screwed today. I have good sync but no plusnet internet. Most of the time I am getting a BT wholesale service information screen. Did not know if this is related or if its a problem in my area (Costessey exchange in Norfolk)
