My Internet Connection Is Down

I have been unable to connect to the internet since early this morning i keep getting the Plusnet network error page. I don't see any info in the announcements about network outages and no other threads about this so i guess it's just me.  Grin Can someone help me? I've reset my router a few times but it doesn't help.
Edit: this is my router log.

Re: My Internet Connection Is Down

When you say "reset the router" do you mean resetting to factory defaults using the pinhole in the back of the router? If not I suggest trying that - you need to hold the button in for a few seconds (using a paper-clip) until the power light turns red, then let it start up and configure itself with your own login broadband name.
However I'd be inclined to turn the router off for 30 minutes first so the the equipment at the exchange resets itself.

Re: My Internet Connection Is Down

Be aware that if you do reset your router to its factory defaults it will no longer know your user name and password so you have no hope of connecting to the internet until you re-enter these.  I had a client a few weeks ago who was instructed by Madasafish Technical Support (who I presume are Plusnet Technical Support in another guise) to reset her router this way but given no instructions to re-enter name and password.  She therefore had no internet connection!!!
I'm pretty sure at present the "Chap receive success : authentication ok" message in your router log means it has the correct user name and password.
