Hi, My PC broke down yesterday and had to be repaired. Meanwhile I got out my old PC and modem, which synched at a very low speed when I connected - just once. Now I'm back with my usual PC and router, only to find that on the basis of that one slow connection last night my IP Profile has been reduced from 4500 Kbps to 500 Kbps. What can I do about this please? (I have read Jameseh's blog about speed problems btw.) TIA Simon
