Re: My IP Profile has dropped. Is this normal?

Is there anyone answering tickets on the support team this week I sent a message on Tuesday about my Sync issue but still havent had a reply. I chased it up on Wednesday by adding a comment and still no reply. Plus.nets support was excellent, why has it taken a dive recently?

Re: My IP Profile has dropped. Is this normal?

Sorry to bring this up again, but I’ve noticed that my IP Profile has dropped again to 6000 whilst I‘m still synced at 7616.  My IP Profile is usually 6500.  It’s been like this for more than three days now.  Sad
I only checked my profile because my download speeds were dropping and at one time down to just 300 KB/sec (I’m usually at 700 – 800 KB/sec.
Just done a speed test and its 5686 (usually 6130)
Is there something wrong my end?  Is it something I’m doing?

Re: My IP Profile has dropped. Is this normal?

Me too.
For the last few days, I've been synced at between 7712Kbps and 7932Kbps
This should give me a 6500Mbps profile - but it's always set at 6000Mbps.
Response has been a bit sporadic too - sometimes web pages load quickly, sometimes really slowly.
Speedtests might show 5500Kbps one minute and maybe 2500Kbps (I don't keep the slow ones, in case I need to report a fault).
I don't want to be blamed for having an "unstable line".
