My Fibre order

Hi
I ordered fibre on the 7th November,,,my order status says processing line and as said that since I ordered,
Im coming from BT fibre...thought it usually takes 7 to 10 days to switch over.
Really like a update on this.

I'm honestly not sure why this has happened just yet but no order has been placed as yet. I've just placed the order myself.
The way this works is that the order should have a completion date associated with it within the next 24 hours so I'll let you know when that's the case and sorry for any inconvenience due to the wait!.

Agreed, sorry about that. I've just come back to check the order and it's due to complete on the 26th. As you may no there's no need for an engineer visit and the router should reach you a day or two prior to activation.
