My FTTC speed down to just about useless

Well engineer time slot as come gone, 8am till 1pm, now what, my Internet is about or should say not as good as using dialup, can not refresh a page now, it's that bad, had to use my smart phone mobile date to post this.
Very disappointed is the minimum I'm feeling of this all.

I've checked the fault @darklight1 and it looks like the engineer found the fault externally and they're still working on it.

I'll check the fault tomorrow for any updates.

No Internet now my dsl light on the bt modem gone off.
Coming upto 5 days with this issue, are they building a brand new bt exchange to fix this issue.

The fault is still open with the Suppliers @darklight1 they are aware if this. I'm going to keep checking in on the fault for updates.

Hi @darklight1 it looks like your internet is back up and running, in the end it was a major service outage in the area. How is the internet on your side?

Hi@ClaudiaG23  so far it's great been up and running full speed a head since yesterday afternoon sometime, but i didn't want to say anything 🤐 just if it's wasn't going to stay like it, jinx it.

Anyway speed test look alot happier now

But i notice the my plusnet dashboard still showing Estimated download speed: 38 - 40Mbps.

Anyway looks to be all great, just hope BT don't break anything else. 🤔  🤣
