My Circular and HTML. It wont send HTML pages as they should be shown?

Hi.
Im using My Circular as a new letter for my subscribers, and wish to send a news letter out that looks more like a web page, not just plane text  I dont see any way to add pictures, and the HTML dont send what I expect it to.?
