Hi - I'm just testing out My Circular and was told by Plus Net Customer Support that they don't support it. Told the only place to get any help was in the Community Forum, so I hope I'm posting this in the correct place.
Is there a way of adding Contacts in bulk? I have an Excel spreadsheet with names and e-mail addresses on and would rather not have to type them in.
What is the time delay between sending a message via My Circular and it arriving? I've set up a test list and sent 3 e-mails. All 3 e-mails arrive immediately at the e-mail account of the sender, but only the middle e-mail has arrived at the intended recipients so far. Is the delivery from My Circular a bit patchy?
