My Broadband Speed Issues

Is anyone else having issues with My broadband Speed....  Normally it is fine, but recently I have noticed a tendancy for it to over report speeds. Tonight I got a speed of just over 5000kbps, this initially started at 8000kbps, but my profile is only 4500, and has been for months.  Also upload speeds are very variable as well.  Its not a winge, but a more general question as to has anyone else noticed this??  Sometimes upload speeds start slow, and plateau at 200ish, then suddenly shoot up to 380ish.

your not the only one, I have been reporting it for a couple of weeks, even posted a video of it working yesterday, best effort so far 16M and my synch is only 8.128

Seems mainly to be an upload issue for me, although downloads do show some rediculous values. uploads are either very slow to respond, crawl up to around 100ish, then shoot up to 300ish, and sometimes normalise, or sometimes reduce.  Tried just after on thinkbroadbbands, and got normal stats for my line.  Something is amiss!!
