Multiple disconnects

I'm also having multiple disconnects at the moment. Have been since Sunday evening.  Have raised a ticket today but hoping that posting here might speed things up.

Hi there,
I've just been running line diagnostics and didn't see any obvious issues.
It looks like you might not have completed all the steps on the fault troubleshooter so if you could do that by going back to http://faults.plus.net we'll be able to investigate this futher for you.
