Moving to fibre from ADSL?

Fibre is available from the 31st of December in our area and i want to book for it installing ASAP. can i arrange this yet or do i have to wait until its out before i can arrange the installation?

This may be a disappointing reply but BT often put an end of month date in when they don't actually know when FTTC will be available. This is because they have to update the exchanges and all the new big green cabinets and this is done in stages with date slippages frequently. The date often varies and changes frequently (and even disappeared for a short time with me).
Until it says you actually have FTTC (it will show an expected speed rather than a date) you cannot order it from Plusnet. Just keep checking the line checker.
