Moving to FTTC -

Is there anyway to encourage Openreach to instal a FTTC in our new estate ? .
I'm on a new development that is about 80% complete - and of course all the phone lines are in underground cables.
I was told by a BT Openreach tech  that installed our faceplate about 18 months ago that fibre is in the cabinet - but no FTTC cabinet yet.
Lots of other streets on more established streets have FTTC cabinets all over town - but we are still stuck with less than 2M as we are so far from exhange.
Just wish we could encourage BT to install the FTTC for us and I will move over to PN's fibre deals

You could go around asking people to sign that they are interested in taking it up, if enough of you sign they may expedite it.

Re: Moving to FTTC -

I kept messaging them a lot, they said at first there was no plans, then it was sometime in Q1 last year and then it just appeared.
